In the past couple of months, I worked with my friends to build a web app that serves the trending creator community.
Last year, I noticed some pain points when initiating conversations with popular creators. So I discussed my thoughts with friends and pitched the idea to people from different backgrounds. After receiving mostly positive feedback about my idea, I started designing the website, fine-tuning the product use case, researching similar products, and many others. Along the way, I stepped out of my comfort zone of machine learning and learned React, Stripe, and Figma. But more importantly, I practiced story-telling and collaboration with others.
This blog serves as a summary of all the similar applications that I have investigated. As the market grows, the summary may stale.
